Now, visitors to the site can listen to local musicians in a radio format on their computers at home or work - 24-hours a day, everyday.
"This has been a heavily anticipated component of the LBC community and one that will bring tremendous value to the LBC members and the City," said Lorenzo Gigliotti, Director of Technology at Long Beach Culture [LBC].
LBC Radio(sm) is unique in that it brings all the local musicians together in one location [via LBC] and plays their songs over the Internet to a global audience.
"A&R folks, promoters, night clubs and music fans can benefit from this radio element. Now, Long Beach and the local art community have a voice promoting the City's artistic resources all day, every day to an interested and targeted audience," noted Chris Sweeney, Creative Director at LBC.
