This project is a collaboration among The Public Corporation for the Arts, Karma Studios, and LongBeachCulture.org.

The Arts Council for Long Beach [Previously known as the Public Corporation for the Arts (PCA)] improves the artistic and cultural environment of greater Long Beach by helping families, children, and the community experience diverse artistic expressions. The Arts Council does this by providing leadership and by fostering excellence through our support of artists, and arts and cultural organizations.

Karma Studios has, since the CD was released, moved to the East Coast. While here, it worked closely with local artists, producing professional recordings for a variety of musicians. Although a commercial operation, they maintained a clearly articulated vision of community envolvement, and generously donated their facilities, time, and expertise to help realize this project. Without them, this project would have not have moved forward so rapidly, nor would it have achieved the high quality standards they are known for.

LongBeachCulture.org [LBC] has been serving the community for 4 years, providing free on-line services to artists of all kinds. These services empower artists and groups to promote themselves, their work, and their events. LBC also produces events, works with community and municipal leaders, with local artists, and venue owners to create an envirement that nurtures and supports Art and Culture in our community.
